The parade will start at the VAAC at approximately 3:30 PM, travel east on Belt Line Rd,
south on Shiloh Rd, west on Walnut St, continue north on Jupiter Rd just past Ponderosa
Dr. Turn right into Oakridge Plaza parking lot.

6:00 PM Black April Day Ceremony

6:15 PM Introduction of Special Guests
Including VIP Recognitions & Acknowledgements

6:30 PM Guest/Keynote Speakers
5 special guests to share their experiences before and after the April 30, 1975

7:00 PM Music / Refreshments
Traditional music, dance and short programs by various Performing Arts groups.

9:00 PM Closing Remarks
